"New Posts Without Clinic" Option

I use the "New Posts" option when surfing Cyclingnews, however there are numerous new/threads in the clinic which dominate the results.

Given there is rarely anything new in the clinic. I would like a search option which excluded "The Clinic".

Is this possible?
