The website is pretty bad for profiles, and they don't seem to do them justice. Anyway, here is stage 1-5, missing still is the prologue and the last stage into Denver.

But they aren't going to 11000 feet they're going to 9500 ;)

Granted 9500 feet is close to 3000m

They will top out at 12,126 feet (3,696 meters) on Cottonwood Pass. I rode the east (paved) side of that road in 2006 when it was still closed to cars for the winter season (in mid May). There is a closure gate up the canyon before the real climb begins. When we got near the top, there were large snow drifts melting on the sides of the roads. The crews had already been up to plow most of the road and you could get by on a bike. It was very pretty. I've driven both sides and the west side is dirt, but not as steep. Lots of sinuous s-turns near the top on the west-side- could be interesting spectating there.

I just made tentative plans to take the day off and watch this stage, will probably ride up Independence Pass to near the summit to watch.... can't wait :D

Will hopefully get some good pics, gotta wonder how crowded the roadside will be though.

Thats cool Deagol, if you'll go there be sure to post the pictures on this forum ^^

Don't you have to have the photos hosted on a website somewhere to post pics? I don't seem to be able to figure out how to directly upload photos here ...

They were afraid Mancebo would embarrass the World Tour teams.

I wonder why realcyclist was not invited to Utah or Colorado. Who did they **** off? usacycling, medalist,....

And don't tell me it's about doping, Sevilla's team which includes Gutierrez is racing at Colorado.

It cannot be about doping. Leipheimer is doing both races.

Realcyclist.com and Mancebo will be in Utah. The team sponsor is a Utah company.

Seems to have been watered down a bit from earlier reports. Nothing looks terribly selective. Pity.
