Not redirecting to topic after posting

I know, its nothing big at all, but for some reason the CN forum doesn't redirect me to the topic I was posting in as it did before, so now I have to do it manually. Just got a little annoyed, Im pretty lazy.

Had it once today, but then it didn't happen again. Not sure what happened.
