Although i voted Menchov i think we can't leave out any of the actual Rabobank riders but maybe the parcours ain't hilly or mountainous enough?

Bollema, Gesink... they could make lose Evans or Schleck the TDF when they start a mountain raid...

Making the strongest climber lose by going berzerk in the mountains? How does that play out in your mind?

I went for menchov but wiggins is looking really good.

Why?

Because he has won PN. So has Il Sanchez.
Because he can tt. So can Il Sanchez
Because he can sprint from 500m out and crush everyone.

Well after today, guess what. So can Il Sanchez.

Clue is in the word 'looking'.

He's done those things, and he's looked pretty good doing them.

As for the TT...

Wiggins can TT, so can LL Sanchez

is roughtly equivalent to...

LL Sanchez can TT, so can I.

For total clarity, I still think Wiggo is a tool.

Why? because he is looking good and if evens can win it last year so can wiggins especially with this route, i am not saying he will surely win it just a feeling,

The "tool" is riding well, no doubt as he has all year and will possibly win the Dauphine again as well but I still have some doubts about him doing it over three weeks in the Tour. He will obviously be psyched for it with the course to suit and the Olympics in London later. As usual Menchov's form is a mystery and Evan's has had a few problems. Tour should be pretty open this year.

A good reminder that Evans is the man to beat in the Tour. Wiggins will clearly pass his peak by then, and fade towards the end of the Tour. Froome might have to come to the rescue, yet again :)
