Im only counting Beijing. But if you are counting national championships then Jorge Antonio does count.
I think Irish Championships don't count since its like one of three guys essentially, just like Argentina. What say you to Roche's Limo win?

JCP - counts since the French ITT is a hotly contested race. I'd say Belgian, French, Spanish, and Italian races should count since they are the deepest nations. Maybe the Dutch too idk. I'd say he falls in the second tier GC category quite nicely
BH - He also won a stage of the Tour of Belgium so no.
DD - I'd say this counts since the Tour of Brittany seems pretty whatever
RK - Counts, although I have never heard of that race it sounds big enough. Another Domestique/young GC guy. He was quite impressive in the 2010 Giro, surprised he hasn't nabbed something else
HD - Tough one but I don't think a Non yellow Jersey should count.
JVG - classic domestique, counts
TP - I'd say it counts, I'm still ****ed he didn't ship the Tour of Turkey.
