Cav takes the first intermediate sprint. This must have happened by total accident because Cav has been saying he's not chasing the green jersey. Either that or Cav has been lying - and I simply can't believe he'd do that.

I still think Hushovd is in with a good chance since he will get in a break in the mountains to get the points on offer.

They didn't get far...Levi was there as well, dunno if he was being policeman or going to try and bridge as well. Nicki Sorensen is currently trying to bridge.

We might see sprints for mountain points between Pellizotti and Martinez.

It could lighten up the stage a bit (I know I'm grasping at straws)

VITAL NEWS: anyone care to discuss Haussler's saddle sores? Lance's sunglasses?

Eurosport now counting up riders with the most letters in their names, past and present. (Funny though).

19 - Juergen Van den Broeck

Abdo D...., old sprinter from years ago, wins apparently--by a letter or two. If he were Fedrigo, he'd win by a nose=a "beak", a mighty fine looking one at that. Excellent aerodynamics.
