At least Lotto aren't the only ones. Euskatel and BMC are also winless so far.

Ok... Euskatel got a win today. Now we are still left with Lotto with a big fat 0 wins.

They've publicly said they're interested in Greipel. Google translation

The Omega Pharma-Lotto has shown interest to incorporate André Greipel (HTC-Team Columbia) in 2011, according to the Gazet van Antwerpen forward.

On the one hand, public is incompatible Greipel and Mark Cavendish, and, second, the Belgian outfit has sufficient economic power following the departure this year of Cadel Evans to BMC. Moreover, there is a born sprinter since the departure of Robbie McEwen in 2008.

would really suits them because they really need a good sprinter but I don't think they will be the only team wanting him. Milram will probably want him too

But Milram sponsorship will finish this year and I don't see a sponsor stepping in and replacing Milram.

They should make Peraud their team leader in the Tour, and have VDB2 work for him. None of the French teams wanted to sign him, but he's turned out to be possibly the best French stage racer at the moment. Top-10 in his Tour debut?

Omega Pharma LOLLO....

Why are they using alu at Roubaix?

I though carbon would deaden the road more?

Most of the team is using alu frames already from last year and not only for Roubaix.
The answer is that they can get custom geometries and especially lower head tubes.

Interesting point, I met a guy riding a canyon the other day and asked him how it rode...stiff as hell, but the headtube is a too long.

Having said some smaller riders have used the alu frame in the past to get it to 6.8kg
