Actually wouldnt mind seeing BMC going 1,2,3 with Gilbert,Hushovd,Avermaet. But not really to likely:)

didn't rabobank try to do a gewiss-ballan here 3 years ago?4 of them attacking with 60 km to go?useless to say they failed but it was nuts.

looking at his form and all the teammates form, tom boonen hands down is the big favourite,i also suspect he really wants to add this to palmares.flecha will be right there and i hope ballan too.phil should keep the power for poggio.
it will be an awesome race anway.

Heinrich Haussler for me in this race, but I think Gilbert has a right chance, too.

It is amazing that he is 10/1 or 11/1 for Het Volk, given his record.

It looks like a nice weekend in Belgium, as always. Nice sprinters lined up to race KBK on Sunday. Weather looks to be decent enough. Temperatures 9-10C with sunny spells. :(

Gilbert is still improving and will probably save his energy now. Boonen is the top favourite I think but everyone will be watching him.

So I say Breschel or Flecha. Both had a good preparation and rode strong in past weeks races. Besides it's time Rabo gets a win this year.

Not with either of those guys...

Have BMC had a win yet this year? Time for Phil to step in.

Gilbert
Boonen
Haussler

Breschel does ride for Rabo (not that surprising if you didn't notice)

For some reason i think Garmin will want to try keep it together for Haussler ( even though they should attack a lot )

What are you talking about? Garmin doesn't attack :D

Boonen for the win, hoping Breschel can make it on the podium, he needs a podium after last season.

Tomorrow will be a first for many I reckon. Hope he leaves a lasting image. ;)

I still think it's going to be too soon. Next year he'll get back at his 2010 level I reckon.

Could be wrong though...

This is interesting. Brunyeel says it is because they only have 8 guys and don't want to risk them. I can understand this as both can be dangerous races.....but still have to question how Cancellera feels. It appears he does not have much of a team to get him through the classics

Why would he care? He has only raced the Omloop twice, last time in 2008.

Brunyeel simply doesn't care about cobbles or one days races in general. The only reason all these question comes along, is because JB inherited Cancellara as part of the merger. Now he is force to play along with minimum effort and resources.
