IMO I wouldn't underestimate Pedersen for this classics season - not sure he can beat Wout, but I expect he'll be fine to keep up with the rest of the Jumbo team.

If Ineos keep riding behind, then the Visma guys in front need to keep riding which makes it less likely for them to attack and Pidcock can keep his legs still... in theory.

Thats maybe the only one outside of those 2, yes. But when it gets really hard in races like E-3 and Flanders, Pedersen is at least one level under the jet engines.

The only way to beat Visma is to be super strong and attack early yourself so only 1 or 2 can follow. Like Van der Poel and Pogacar have been doing. But I don't think anyone else in the peloton is strong enough to do that.
