it's the same for every UCI race, so probably not in the roadbook. The team needs to confirm a lineup with 2 reserves 72 hours before the start

Didn't know that was a mandatory deadline for all races under the UCI flag. Thought each organisation could decide that themselves

No, but when he gets all this biopassport misunderstanding sorted Movistar only have 28 guys. I can see Unzue's interview now 'we believe in Oier he shook my hand and told me he was innocent' 'we think a cyclist of Lazkano's prestige deserves a shot'.

Anyway, silliness aside VDP is occasionally a bit average when he comes back, some of these riders look pretty strong and the teams are coherent, he's favourite but I don't think it will ruin the race (at least not this one). Him riding Tirreno suggests he needs to sharpen up a bit before MSR.
