on the go powdered drink containers?

Just wondering what others might use to bring along pre measured amounts of powdered drink mix. I was dismayed last year when Cliff Bar discountinued the Cliff Shot drink packets. I tried the Nuun tablets this year and while they are great on shorter rides I find on longer rides (over 60 miles) that I perform better by alternating between a Nuun tablet and a sports drink. However I don't really want to use Gatorade and once my supply of Clif Shot is out I may given Accelerade a try.

So what do y'all use?

High 5 do a couple of different 'on the go' table products which target different requirments, Im a big fan of High 5's products - though particularly their post ride mix which doesn't have the 'flour' taste that most post ride drinks have. Zym is another brand that produces a tablet mix.

Have you tried buying your favoured drink in a bulk (1-1.5 kg) tub? You could then just decant 50-60g into a zippy bag and pop that in your jersey pocket. This is what I do on longer rides or sportives.

I have a 1 litre container with a spring like thing in it . It acts loke a food mixer when you shake it very easy just add water and shake and you get a fresh shake drink.
No brand make on it I picked it up at the supermarket.

Easy mix so use it all the time rather than useing a blender it easy to clean.

its called a shaker bottle, most recovery/protein drinks manufactures make them.
The plastic sieve section goes in the top of the bottle, then the lid and when you shake they mix properly.
