Paint problem

I bought a new bike this week, a trek domane sl5, and after the first ride (35km) I noticed a problem in the seat post zone. It seems that the paint lacquer had a problem.

Do you guys think it is safe to ride the bike or should I open a warranty case?

It's fine to ride, it's just the clear coat came off in that one section, not a big deal, it's a non deal in fact.

Dude, just paint some clear nailpolish over it and it'll be fine.

Unless this is somehow contraindicated?
