delivered at what?? his goal is the tour de france. beisdes he has done excellent season so far unlike basically anyone else at sky.

He has not delivered any wins, which other people at Sky have, and I don't think I'd class any of his performances so far as 'excellent'. He's nearly a minute off the pace at this race and I'm willing to bet he loses more time today.
