According to Strava, I did that during one of my rides the other week.

[In reality, I think it had something to do with putting my Garmin in the car and forgetting to 'stop' it after the ride];)
if only you had a flux capacitor :S

Valverde a double! ? The profile suits him again. The break will get caught although I always pull for a break no matter who's in it.

Indeed. BMC has also been struck with at least Hushovd and Phinney being sick, so TJVG could definitely be sick as well.

It would be really interesting to know who is TJVG's room mate. Also Maxim's.

Is it still Rabo working on the front?

If so, what do they have in mind? Mollema should in theory be very good on a finish like this, but he has sucked so far in this race.

"We decided to neutralise the break because we think Luis-Leon Sanchez can obtain a good result today", Adri Van Houwelingen.

Rabo DS were incredibly ****ed off by the performance of the riders on Monday. So they demanded they showed themselves the next days. It's ok if they don't win, but they must atleast try.
So I'm pretty sure that once there was no Rabo rider in the break the van Houwelingen or Verhoeven told them to f*ck*ng ride.

Just sticking my nose in here... but perhaps someone can help me.

Perhaps there is a thread somewhere where American cycling fans complain about the absolute crap that is that whole Bob Roll, Sherwin, and Ligget crew?

<snipped for brevity>

But, right, the thread please....thanks

The thread you want is here

There are probably other threads too on Versus coverage, Phil, Paul, and Bob.

I see Meersman ending close again today, Lotto Belisol has De Clercq in the lead group so they don't have to work today, good move...

I suppose they change the personnel withe the stage to Mende : Meersman attacks so De Clercq can sit and wait....

I was thinking the same. Cunego playing the optimist. Rabo for who, exactly?
LLS was 4th yesterday and timed his sprint way too early. I guess they believe he can somehow win.

Pretty optimistic with Valverde and Gerrans who are 10 times faster. But ok
