Nibali was a bit underwhelming in Algarve, hopefully he will step up a bit and make the GC interesting.

There's probably limited tests available, if racing requires tests every day then just cancel the race immediately and use those tests on people who need testing.

Nibali's TTs are usually in line with his overall form, since he is in fairly good shape I expect him to deliver a good performance. In Algarve at the first checkpoint he had the second best time but most likely because of his then shape and mismanagement of the effort he faded in the end. As for Quintana, the fact he is so far in GC means he'll absolutely start the action early on Saturday.

Vocsnor
First of all: "voc". People called Viktor are often called "vokke/vocce" in Belgium. Hence the voc-part of his nickname.
"Snor" is dutch for moustache. Which is his trademark by now. And you can also use "snor" as a verb, I don't think there is an English word. But it is used to describe the sound of smooth running mopeds/scooters.
Hence his nickname.

He certainly has "a" chance, but let's not pretend Campenaerts, Asgreen, Lampaert, Jungels, Küng, Alaphilippe, Politt, De Gendt, Kangert, Teuns, Latour, Van Garderen... are a formality to mop up. This is not a weak field.

That would be horrible. In that case i would still ride the saturday stage, but chose a different départ, maybe shorten the stage a bit.
