Pithie(?) doesn't look around, Martinez doesn't anticipate the swerfe and get's bodychecked into the gutter. Ouch! Really unlucky, I think it's the first time I've seen something like this. Martinez also really optimistic trying to pass there I think.

Exactly, they have gone from one extreme to the next. But it's because of Gavia events that the sport built a mystique, whereas they are without compunction killing that today.
The Gavia stage should never have happened. It was completely irresponsible.

campy should have drilled it after tarling slowed down , now armirail returned and theyll wait for the last climb
