de gendt declared he'll work for westra and he's more interested in the MTT

Thanks for that ... was going to have a few dollars on him.

Gallopin instead then.

with a route like this i'm obviously watching Tirreno.
A breakaway to arrive to the finish, Bardet for the win.

Hoping that Voeckler, Taaramae, De Gendt and Gilbert go in the break... that would be the only thing that makes the stage good.

Gilbert can't climb this season, too fat. Taaramae isn't in good shape.

Tejay with a possible far out attack? I don't think he will get the time back from Porte in the MTT.

What, and solo 75km? The best chance we have of action is if somebody high up the GC falls over and Sky has a strop about somebody not waiting for them.

Gilbert is actually climbing well enough for this time of the year.

Even Belgian TV thought he was doing poorly the last couple of days. He'll be fine by the Amstel, but it's unlikely he'll do anything this stage.

Well he was saying he was sick yesterday.... which would explain his poor result and why he quit now....
In a way, this is good news.

De Gendt abandoned too

so, has anyone got something bad to say about De Gendt?

call him pathetic, so at least you can be coherent with what you said about Gesink
