Regarding 100m finals:

Looking at the slowmo I think Kishane still has some unfulfilled gains to make in his stride efficiency. To me it looks like his contact with the ground happens more under his body than it should, leading to a less relaxed run than desired. It probably doesn't amount to much but in a race as tight as yesterday's can be the defining factor between a win or a second place.

Lyles on the opposite has a beautiful and flawless stride to look at. Completely in control and without compromising his form even coming from a deficit.

May I ask; where are you from?
As Toby said.
Badminton is probably the only sport Indonesia and Denmark cross path in high level. And I always admire the Danes for being the only non-Asian country which has constantly been excellent at it where others come and go.
No longer follow the sport closely now, but I remember secretly wishing Poul-Erik Høyer and Camilla Martin beating our early 1990s/early 2000s primmadonas😁 You don't openly do that in badminton here!

I like our bronze-winning girl a lot though, she's not one of the overexposed stars.

I thought our team looked a bit underwhelming at first but we are so unbelievably back, in our favoured terrain and where it all started. Incredible last leg from Finucane.
I jinxed it in the kayak, but yeah, the team sprint looked pretty imperious. Bodes well for the pursuit, too, though Ganna is in good touch and the Danes are the Danes

Feng almost hitting one of the judges - or whatever the technical term is for those brave people.
