I may have this wrong by the end, but I think UAE are making a mistake keeping the whole peloton together like this. The usual washing machine of attacks by others etc is, counter-intuitively, their best chance of getting rid of Pedersen, vanAert etc before Roubaix. Tadej doesn’t have a Cipressa to drop them on today.

One acceleration by Pogacar or MvP will split it down to like 10 guys max on Arenberg or the sector before already.

With Morgado working this hard, there's no hope for him riding the finale and scoring some sneaky CQ points for me. I guess Vermeersch is the no. 2 guy as expected.
