The best place to anticipate is not here yet IMO, you don't want to be dangling out in front for 40 minutes before Pévèle. Just ride within yourself, which they are doing given that Ganna and Meeus bridged.

Just to remind everyone, when Ganna won Dwars he got a flat and dropped off the front, then made it back and immidiately got a flat again - and made it back and won
