Sorry for replying to my own comment here but some new information has been published on YouTube on this specific topic.Don’t know but clearly there is a trade off between puncture resistant and suppleness/speed.
I think teams will carefully consider this and the benefit of decreasing the risk of puncture, both from hitting cobbles faster (impact) and from not being able to take the best line (probability).
