Based on Tom Dumoulin's Vuelta performance what PCM 15 stats would you give him?

DO - 73

TT - 80
PRL - 81
SP - 69
ACC - 75
END - 74
RES - 75
REC - 76
HIL - 78
FTR - 75

which seems quite good to me.

Mountain stats should be 76, but otherwise I agree. Perhaps 82 in prologue if a little generous

Ahh, yeah 78 on mountain and hill stats was what I had in mind too. He matched 80+ climbers at the Vuelta so I thought about even giving him 79 on mountains but many of the guys at the vuelta weren't at 100% so 78 feels like a good level for now.
