Hello, I want to buy the following bicycle: Peugeot LR01
https://cycles.peugeot.com/road/legend/lr01
However, I am wondering if the largest size, which is 54, will be too small for me.
My height is 194 cm.
I know that 54 would normally be too small for me, but geometry on this one looks a bit different.
The bike is city/road, I will be mostly using it for city riding.
Can someone tell me if this will be ok for me (I know that it won't fit me 100%), or should I avoid purchasing it? I do not have the option to try it before buying.
Thank you.

IMO from viewing the 'geometry' info for the LR01, the 54cm size would be much too small for someone of 194 cm height.
The seatpost would have to be extremely long to give adequate saddle to pedal distance.
The 'reach' to the handlebars would be too short and the bars too low.

I suggest you visit a knowledgeable bicycle shop, and explain that you are 'just looking' but would appreciate their help to determine what size would be appropriate for you, and the type of riding you expect to be doing.

Also, there might be a bike club' in your area, they are likely to be very helpful giving you information and probably trying bike of various sizes.

Hello, thank you both for your answers. I have contacted them, and they were unable to tell me whether it will fit or not, so I have decided to pass it.
Now I am looking for something with the following specs, if you have an idea, or know a brand that would make a bike like this, please let me know.

Price range: 1000 - 1300 eur.
Frame mat.: steel (CroMo)
Frame size: 59-62
Classic look. Not too flashy colours.
Handlebars: drop
Gearset: something in the range of Shimano Tiagra, maybe 105.
Wheel size: 28" prefered
It should look like this (racks are not needed), to get an idea (this one is sold out for my size, I am still asking in stores): http://cinelli.it/it/prodotti/gazzetta-della-strada/
I have also found this (I see that the company is fairly new): https://www.templecycles.co.uk/pages/adventure-road

I am also willing to build a custom bike if you know of a frame that would be appropriate and in available sizing.
Thanks!
