uh no it can ba an indication. nothing more. go to the clinic I suggest. gabrovski had bene hospitalized and lost a lot of blood. he couldn't even be tested in the hospital when the uci came in. this happened in 2005.

But the hematocrit limit was implemented solely as an indirect way to detect and limit the impact of doping, and 99% of all people who went over the limit were most likely blood doping. That's a fact. All the talk about protecting the health of the riders was because they couldn't legally prove doping.

it can also happen when you are sick or been in altitude or lived there). that's why it's stupid to asusme it's only about doping.
