Just got the following e-mail from a friend:

so....I can prodeal Orbea, Look, Cannondale, Moots, Surly, Salsa and Soma bikes. just sayin if you're in the market.

I'm not really in the market (which he knows ), but it sure is tempting. What would the forum choose? Be realistic; be ridiculous. Whatever.

I would say the Soma Stanyan. Super affordable steel from San Francisco? Yes please. But I would re-paint it so that I could do a naked steel finish on all the lugs, not just the head tube ones.

My flashy porn choice would be a Look 595--but those things are so unforgiving... A guy like me enjoys comfort over pure efficiency.
