If you're the first one to attack, you reserve the right to drop your chain like a club cyclist.

You mean he switched gears while attacking? Watch the video again, you can see he didn't

The scarves are completely OTT. Maybe if the 2 Schlecks just chose to wear them or something.

They look the the art school dropout types who hang out at the coffee shop with their macbooks. It doesn't look like proper attire for business or sports.

At least they're not a bright colour - then they would look like they were trying to overthrow the government or something.

Perhaps it should look stylish (danish fashion label is a sponsor) or simply because its rather cold in Lux at the moment

I live not far away from Luxembourg and know that it is cold and that such scarves are indeed "in" at the moment. But it still looks a bit much to me.

Maybe they are going for the Metrosexual/GQ "Smartest Team in the peloton" look...

If so, they pulled it off.

Sky might yet pull something off to keep their crown.

Ha !! Brilliant. Possibly only the second time ive laughed at a post on this site. They also look like someone sitting in an Irish pub sipping a Guinness who regard themselves as "a writer", complete with a copy of Finnegans wake beside them. And who more often than not arent married but "im separated".
They remind me of the Eddie Izzard joke about the fine line between being cool & looking like a fool. For example think of the coolness surrounding James Dean when he had the match sticking out the corner of his mouth with the suave & slick look he had. However just put another matchstick sticking out the other side of his mouth & what have you got?
Im feeling this way with the Leopard scarves today. Just boiled the milk too much & now its all over the hob. Damn !!

Team Leopard

Even Cipo would struggle to pull that off in a manly way.

Still I'm sure a calendar in the style of the French Rugby team, featuring buff pix of Spartacus and sensitive pictures of the little brother angels will find plenty of homes in bars and mens' toilets in Soho, SF, King's Cross and The Hitch's wall...

They have a deal with a danish fashion company, that's likely the reason behind the unusual dress code

Sidenote- Anyone know which climb that is that they're using as a backdrop; both on their site and during the presentation?? The one that ribbons up that pass? That's not Galibrier is it?? I ask because I'm hoping to go ride some of the big climbs this summer, and this one looks too beautiful to miss!

Nice work by the Schlecks and the sponsors. I hope that Andy and Franck were working with a certain Mr. Lance Armstrong bringing TREK aboard.
What an unbeatable team, Andy, Franck,Fabian the rest of the great LeaOpard riders and TREK. Great to see in cycling purely positive in every way!
