Pro Tour teams out for 2012

I know there are the obvious rumblings of Radioshack and HTC-Highroad folding right now. Are there other ones out there and what are the chances of the Pro Tour losing these teams?

It might also be interesting to see if Riis get's a sponsor to replace Saxo Bank.

There will be either 2 or 3 Belgian teams, so we could gain one there (although maybe the 3rd misses a license).

Team Highroad will most likely survive because even if they can't find a sponsor Bob Stapleton can support the team until he finds a new sponsor.

If Contador is still riding after his CAS hearing then Riis should have no issues finding a sponsor. Otherwise he's gone. Radioshack will go the same way as Discovery now LA has retired again as well.
