The vast majority of serious or fatal accidents occur to cyclists who have no helmets or lights, who ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or leave their children unattended on busy roads.

Yes, there is a fraction of those responsible ones, who unfortunately, find themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time.......does it stop me from riding??? No:)
