Hi all -
I'm currently rehabing from reconstruction of a ruptured left quadraceps tendon. I'm in my 3rd week post-op and currently doing passive range of motion PT. I expect to be off the crutches, out of the leg brace and starting strengthening work around week 8. I've been told it's a considerably longer rehab than the more common ACL repair. The surgeon was pleased with the repair and optimistic that I'll be able to get back both full strength and flexibility. Anyone who has had this injury and can describe the return to cycling. Any advice besides the importance of listening to the surgeon and PT. Thanks! Richard
