"There's not going to be a lot of change until Verbier," added Armstrong.

"That's where the race is going to be decided. The combination of those days, from Colmar all the way to the top of Mont Ventoux - it's a very difficult six days. We'll wait, the hardest mountain in France (Mont Ventoux) is on the last day basically so you can't forget that."

Am looking forward to a good final week.

I just don't see Verbier being very selective. It's not an especially tough stage, though I get the sense that in Lance's mind that's when he goes for the yellow (he previewed the stage if I remember correctly).

What colour, I might get a 5ltr tin and paint the screen on the TV to match the curtains :D

I think it was turquoise... which matches a jersey in the peloton but I can't remember the teams name..... fark me. I might try and remember the names of the Ag2R team just to keep my interest in the race.....
