Actually Renshaw done well. I guess noone expected him to finish so high. He never seemed to be the guy who can get over the climbs.

Rabo looking really bad in E3 today. No game plan, not able to follow the seemingly decisive moves, not riding as a team at all. I fear for the Ronde and Roubaix.

worst start to a season in a few years. some pretty poor tactics and weak rides on display.

Breschel maybe top 10 in flanders, but definately not a favorite.

Boom..looked a lot worse than last year (when he was the 2nd favorite after Cancellara on the Oude Kwaremont). Now very bad.
Will be nothing in the cobbled classics for Rabo.

Yeah, Boom is a lot worse than last year. Which is surprising, considering how well he went in Tirreno. Maybe it's the achilles tendon?

Breschel was indeed the only one who didn't look too bad. But in the sprint he got no help at all from his teammates (which of course is no news).

I don't even know who Rabo will field in flanders?? they have so few left of that type...

Tjallingii, Boom, Breschel, Wynants.. and then? Van Winden? Bol? Barredo? Leezer (where is he anyway?) etc

Barredo broke his arm today, so not him.

Van Winden did pretty well last year in Flanders, finished in the same group as Boom after domestiquing for him all day. With Boom's current form, I doubt he'll get any personal helpers, so let's see how Van Winden goes. But of course not for a top-10 position.

I'd have thought Martens will be riding Flanders

Booms original excuse is that he suffered from the warm weather and that he had a cold this week. Always something with this guy. I'm not buying that crap though. He's short on form.

Renshaw is a good shot for sunday. He was doing good on cobbles during Dwars door Vlaanderen and i guess Rabo doesnt have a better sprinter. There is Breschel of coruse but Renshaw is faster. I just hope he will be well positioned and Rabo wont lead the peleton from 4km to 1km and then leave their sprinter alone like they used to do in some races this year.

Bos is way faster but they probably don't want to take the risk

Sure he is but did he ever ride on cobbles ? ;) He might be good for Scheldprijs :p
Didn't you see Paris Roubaix when he was at Cervelo? He did pretty good there, was in the front group even after the forest. Somewhere when the real fireworks started he got dropped but he still finished in the 50-60 regions I remember

That was even suprisingly good and a lot better than a lot of 'top' cobble contenders

What's to be kidding about. Bos, in his 2nd year on the road, in his first Paris Roubaix with almost no classics experiences, finishing between 50/60th place and staying in the first part of the peloton till the real final started is pretty good.

Don't be such an annoyance

In the same way an Euskaltel rider entering the velodrome is pretty good, I suppose.

Well, he did finish ahead of all of Euskaltel (and most of Rabobank, for that matter). As a domestique

I think Theo Bos should be the leader for Paris-Roubaix, if they take him to the velodrome he'll smoke 'em.
