Why? Armstrong was taking EPO and getting nowhere with it, till he met up with Ferrari, then 'KABOOM', 7TdFs in a row........Carretero not necessarily taking it to its max potential for him or got some dodgy doses, who knows but it proves one thing, with UCI nothing has changed in its attitude to doping.

UCI paid him to finish "gracefully" his donkey carrier and they have their scapegoat to fit in "Which small fish..." thread (before some marginal team grabs him and makes him a racehorse)
