Rashid Ramzi. CERA fail, but could run olympics.

Olympic 1500m champion, Rashid Ramzi, who shows that CERA is not just a cycling drug, could in fact be cleared to run for the olympics, despite the test.

It shows that the policy of riders getting banned for the olympics, could be crumbling, especially after Ohurugu in 2008 (though she didnt fail a test) and now Millar maybe being able to ride, and now maybe Ramzi.

I do wonder however how widespread CERA is in sports now.

Obviously in this thing of ours they test, but in sports like tennis, football and US sports where they dont, well I wonder.
