It shows that the policy of riders getting banned for the olympics, could be crumbling, especially after Ohurugu in 2008 (though she didnt fail a test) and now Millar maybe being able to ride, and now maybe Ramzi.
I do wonder however how widespread CERA is in sports now.
Obviously in this thing of ours they test, but in sports like tennis, football and US sports where they dont, well I wonder.
