We are doing 5 consecutive days so its gonna hurt but just wondered
If there was any thing that can help recovery inc massage and refuelling

Protein (30g) and carbs IMMEDIATELY after you finish. Every minute counts. Massage every day.

Recovery creams don't work. Cortisone or testosterone work like magic, but that's obviously a more controversial choice.

From what I know, Soothing Raindoes the job if you're looking for recovery creams. It's the best there can be in my opinion, but creams are not usually that good for what you will experience - a 5 day run. It is going to give you a really nice feeling of relief and freshness, and it might help a little, but proteins and carbohydrates represent the best choice for a quick comeback, as laziali said.

5 consecutive days aren't gonna kill you, just try to go to sleep quite early and recover as much as possible.
