I would like to know what you guys do for your recovery weeks?  I like to take 2-3 days off the bike and then do a couple of recovery rides with maybe one flat out 1hr ride in between( to gauge any improvement).  This seems to work for me as i don't lose any of the hard earned training that i've done.
