I'm currently sitting here with my leg in plaster, ankle immobilised, after tearing the ligaments on the outside of my ankle (an accident occurring off the bike I hasten to add).
It's been over a month now immobile and wondering if anyone has any experience or recommendations for restarting after such an injury.
