Loser is peaking for July, where they'll both get clapped by Vingegaard and Pogacar.
To which they’ll get attacked by those respective fanbases and during the Vuelta/off season Roglic and Evenepoel fan bases will again clash fingers. This is the way until one retires.

I see Bora have brought a tt-heavy squad, probably wise, if Evenepoel gets even a one second time gap then Roglic has to know exactly what's coming.

One can have a plan and expectations but no one knows what's coming. One can choose to believe from experience and trust in the universe, that no matter what happens, they're going to be alright.

The 4th biggest rivalry in cycling could end the forum this summer.

It's literally stage 1 of Paris nice , a sprinter stage, and we are already in meltdown over this two riders. In 2024 These guys are doing Paris nice, basque country, ardennes, dauphine , le tour and Olympics against each other

By the summer we will have nobody left, everyone will be already banned, or deleted their accounts to protect their remaining brain cells. The forum will just be red rick talking to himself about kelderman and giro stage profiles.

After all the arguements about the greats on this forum; nibali, contador, valverde, Bonnen, cancelara, Gilbert, Sagan, van Der poel, it will be the rivalry between a wheelsucking visma robot with no racing skills, and an arrogant and stupid belge teenegar that cries when he doesn't win, that will break this beautiful online space.

1. Can't win if you don't try.
2. Some riders may work with you.
3. His main rival was a bit out of position.
4. He probably backs his flat sprint against Roglic.
I go for 3 and 5. He felt he needed those seconds.

Save bullets, there is nowhere to go on that terrain in those conditions.

Dude, wheelsucking is the prime racing skill.

Remco once again wasted a bunch of energy for no gain. Roglic took his time bringing him back and then had no reason to take a pull. it was brilliant riding.

edit: im talking about the attack on the last climb, not the bonus second sprint. that was good.

Remco's so good that this small effort falls comfortably within his daily natural recuperation rate.

Therefore attacking was the optimal play.
I'd like to believe that, however, I still think he could make some tactical adjustments to his stage racing game.

He isn't a teenegar or even teenager. He was once, though, but so were you and I. You should take a course on how time works.

Ilmaestro is stuck in a past, so Remco will always be an 18 year old vinegar (I assume that's what a teenegar is) in his eyes.
