Replacement pads for Limar Pro 104

I've owned this helmet for a couple of years, and the pads are due for a replacement.

However, searching online hasn't turned up anything so far.

Does anybody know where I can get some? It would be a shame to throw away an otherwise perfectly sound helmet because I can't get some tiny pieces of foam.
