Retrospective giro doping tests?

Before the Giro this year we heard that Italian authorities were retesting samples from the Giro 08 for CERA. Has anybody heard any more news on this subject?

They have been sent in France for retesting.
Probably that is finished, and Italian Justice is doing his own job until to act.

Not sure but if CONI takes part in decision probably thay are using it to put pressure on UCI. When is the pressure the most effective?
