If you have not heard of him this is body builder Rich Piana. I am following his steroid progress at times its comedy gold.
Hes doing a course of steroids [3months] He published what he's taking and its a huge amount.
He's quite a likeable honest chap but you have to be worried for him.

He's had stuff done to his arms and shoulders some kind of injectable implants,,,crazy.
He was a pretty good body builder with out the extra freakiness. At least he never went crazy like the guy below
who use this Synthol stuff to look big ,

I don't know why one would spend so much money on drug stacks like that. He is one of few that actually makes his living doing that though. He looks ***. The world of bodybuilding is *** to begin with.

The bald guy down the page looks photo shopped to me.
The only thing that works to get big is steroids/HGH and there are huge health risks involved.
