Isn't the rider supposed to be aware and responsible for what goes into his body? isn't only the rider punished for any positives? Also the rider has a right to refuse to take any medication. Ergo everyone knows what he is on. He can duplicate it at other teams he goes to.

Bert isn't ***, so no, that was not the case. Actually, with 20 km to go it likely had a pretty negligible effect.

Don't think so. Certainly Alberto was doping in 2009 but he is still doping and so is Porte

On the contrary, my dear Leon, on the contrary. But to be fair to him he isnt worse that a lot of other riders (Froome, JRod, Gilbert etc etc)
