Riders with "interesting" points

Now that the decision on choosing the 18 WT teams for 2013 is close, it would be interesting to look at the riders from the different continental tours that the few teams fighting for a spot in the WT would sign to bring in some valuable points.
From Asia tour, there are few interesting names like ALIZADEH Hossein, SCHUMACHER Stefan (not likely to be signed by any of the WT teams), NIÑO CORREDOR Victor, ASKARI Hossein, WONG Kam-Po.
Argos Shimano signed Luca Mezgec, which could be a crucial signing for them.

On the Africa tour, there are names like JELLOUL Adil, CHAOUFI Tarik, LAGAB Azzedine, RUSSOM ALEM Meron, etc.

What other names you think teams would likely get in contact with in a hope to earn a WT spot?

Drapac, Genseys Wealth, Jayco offer interesting (young) names, especially delivering points from the Oceanian races.

Concerning Asia, I also think of the Astana Contis.

Wouldn´t rule out Schumacher getting a contract higher than Conti, he might not be blacklisted. However, he has contract with CWO through 2013, and somehow unfortunately seems to lack ambition to aim for higher levels.

Let me predictable and say Bagdonas from the Europe Tour.

There were four Conti riders who finished in the Europe Tour top 10, and who were head and shoulders above the rest in terms of results. They were Kump, Tiernan Locke, Bagdonas and Janse Van Rensburg. The other three all have teams announced, Saxo, Sky and Argos respectively. Bagdonas hasn't announced a new team and also has extra sporting criterion points for winning his national TT last year and national road race this year.

a contract with a ct team means nothing. at any time during season a rider is allowed to leave to a higher team. even by uci rules they are
