Riding/racing on diuretics

I have recently been diagnosed with an inner ear problem (Meniere's Disease) which based on recommendation from an ENT specialist requires me to be on a diuretic. I was looking to see if anyone has experience with a similar situation and can offer any advice or has any concerns based on that experience of riding when using them. Thanks!
