Does anyone know if the Tour guys use a special cream to toughen their skin against road rash?

everyone uses this. also good on a nice steak.

No you cant toughen up for gravel. just throw some water on it and grit your face .
let the blow flies feed on the blood .
in the old days we didnt cover rash but now they recon it prefents scaring.
I have tried skin repair spray but didnt work and it stings like hell.
