Fine. You made me have to pull out my 20/10 vision.
On the scale on the left side of the images, in green is power. The numbers appear to up in increments of 112.5 (alternate between 113 and 112), and are 113, 225, 338, 450, 563, 675, 788. The grey line in between 450 and 338 is 394. You can use the 450 mark and the 394 line to get a rough sense of his interval power in 2007, and then mostly the 450 line to get a sense in 2008 and 2009. I can also read some of the actual averages. (For example, the last couple in 2007 read 404, 402; I see 442 and 438 for the 4th and 6th ones in 2008, maybe 441 or 447 for the last one in 2009. The heart rates max out between 175 and 179.
I can read off most of the numbers or at least get very close. So it appears in 2007 the average was ~408w, in 2008 ~441w and in 2009 ~451w.
These were 6x6 min tests. Interestingly, in 2009 Gesink won the Giro dell'Emilia and I remember calculating he probably put out ~460w on the final trip up in a tad under 6 minutes.
