At present I am the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) Doping Control Secretary in charge of drug testing internationally. As well, I am the Pan American (North, Central and South America, Bermuda, the Bahamas and the Caribbean Islands) Powerlifting Federation President and designated IPF Vice President.

His name is mentioned many times in Doping in Elite Sport: The Politics of Drugs in the Olympic Movement. First time in the early eighties when he wrote "Drug use and detection in amateur sports"
Recently involved in the Farah / Salazar case.

Emile Vrijman
Former director of NeCeDo which was the Dutch anti doping agency. Used his position in NeCeDo to persuade the manufacturer of the seals used in testing to send two batches of identically numbered seals. This is how he won the appeal of Katrin Krabbe, he was her lawyer. She got a fortune in compansation.

Involved as a lawyer in many doping cases since, like:
The Vrijman report in the Armstrong case.
After being pointed out by Martial Saugy and Dvorak about five possible causes for testing possitive for nandrolon he has used at least two of them succesfully.
In the Davids / Van den Boer case it was American supplements they got four and two months suspension. In other cases like he used the eating non-castrated male pigs argument.

Chairman of FIFA Medical and Research Centre (F-MARC) and FIFA’s Chief Medical Officer Professor Dr. Jiri Dvorak.

As you can see in this FIFA promotion video Dvorak runs the doping control at the world cup in Brasil single-handed. I'm sure he then flies with the samples in his bag to his lab in Lausanne where they are tested.

If you google him you will find him claiming how clean football is and that no one got popped since Maradonna.

When a lot of players got caught for nandrolon he did some testing on young Swiss volunteers. His research helped the offenders.

Two atletes accuse him of recommending doping, one of them claims he supplied him with doping. One of the athletes, Wijmeersch, taped the converstations.

That's from the top of my head. I reckon this is common practice.
Note that Damsgaard, Conconi and Catlin have received quite a bit of Clinic attention. I think there are some threads dedicated to them. There is also a Bermon thread, iirc.
