I am slowly learning Dutch via Sporza. Is that only meant to work in Belgium? It's always worked for me.

I am slowly learning Dutch via Sporza. Is that only meant to work in Belgium? It's always worked for me.

It says "Bekijk nu de Ronde van Vlaanderen live (alleen in België te bekijken)." beneath the video, which I interpret as "Watch the Tour of Flanders live (only viewable in Belgium)" with my rudimentary knowledge of Dutch, but whatever, I'm happy.
