Kodiak said:What's going on with them. No program yet? sure are running light on the palmares this season so far. JB's whining about "trolls", wonder how bad it's going to get once they do win a race or two.
Cancellator said:Well they are not doing awful, getting riders in good places on classifications but not really winning. They had Cancellara's multiple problems, and their spring campaign was obviously not going to work then because he was the only leader. Bennati has become famous for never winning etc. Horner's chances are sabotaged by the apparent depreciation of his TT skills. Jens could have won a stage, lost it in the sprint. Some of the youngsters seem to have problems adapting maybe (Sergent). Fuglsang crashed. And the rest are so GT-oriented (the brothers for example) that they are not a factor yet.
All in all they are far from the levels of fail of some other teams.
Kodiak said:with the money being thrown at this team thier level of fail is what's surprising.
thehog said:The single biggest problem is not being in McQuaids books anymore. That stops you from havingfreedoms in the way you deliver the program.
Alas you never know. Come July Andy will be winning time trials.
