Is it wales france in the semi final now? I think france will do their usual, play bad the groups get a good win in the quarter final then bungle the semi so wales for the final.

I dont get the non selection of Laws and Haskell, baffled.

Losing Danny Care before the tournament was a blow though, probably the best player we have but these things happen but France too good.. New Zealand will be wary if France start to play well as they have a habit of turning them over.

Wales are impressive, they seem to have great fitness and kind of getting a team as good as in the seventies and not the fat chuggers of the nineties ;)

Wales were very impressive. Not sure if France has another performance like that in their bag of tricks after a fairly poor showing in the round robin part of the tournament. Still, England weren't stellar either and so probably derserve to be on the plane back home.

Australia suddenly have a fire lit up their ****.
Fantastic kick leading to a try now Beale's run

Unlucky Saffers, they've dominated the match 80% territory lot of it in Australian 22. Genia has been very good so far.

South Africa deservedly lead, Morne Steyn dropgoal.
Quade Cooper has been a disaster. Australia have been in disarray.

Australia win.
South Africa dominated but the defence was good. Great penalty by O'Connor. A couple of forward passes in the space of a few minutes cost them a try and a great opening (I think Habana).
Congratulations to Victor Matfield, great match he played.

Mr Hunter clear needs the spectacles. The two decisions late in the game were both examples of forward passes. Hunter has always been an angry little ****.

The world cup has been the only time I have watched rugby for the past 5 or 6 years. Really enjoying it.

O'Connor played really well but I would be a bigger fan of his if he didn't do those awfulSwisse ads. Whoever does the wadrobe for those ads deserves the sack.

Yeah, I guess having 56% of the ball and 76% of the territory just isn't enough to win the game, must be the refs fault! The ref did suck but the calls seemed to go both ways.

Pocock was immense. Cooper was incompetent.

Anyway, I'm ready for another all blacks choke next week :D

Hmmm, I didn't see it that way. RSA can feel unlucky but at the end of the day have to blame themselves to some extent for not translating their dominance onto the scoreboard.

Quite an embarrassing result in all honesty.
