Three points:

* Good for Riis & Saxo to remain in the Pro Tour league.
* Riis MUST start expending money on "good riders" to fill up the void that Alberto left, if he wants to maintain the license a bit longer....
* Alberto & Riis will not benefit from each other's collaboration, since he(Contador) will not be able to contribute with points for the team until 2014 & there are no guaranties that Saxo will have the men power to support just one single rider at the expenses of not getting sufficient points...

Surely if the 'earn no points after you come back' thing is enforced (I hope it gets challenged and thrown out - the rider has already served his time by that point), then Contador will have to take a reduced contract so Riis can sign some guys with points (if he's that fussed about staying WorldTour, that is).

According to the leader of Antidoping Denmark, a law professor, the UCI is babling and they are blatantly wrong.

Contador should get CAS to give their oppinion on the UCI's interpretaion, something that UCI should have done themselves in the first place.
